CTTI – Limited Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. warrants all turbochargers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
If a warranty claim arises, the turbocharger must be shipped at the owner’s expense to Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. for inspection and/or repair under this warranty. If a defect in material or workmanship is confirmed, Comp Turbo Technology will, at its discretion, repair the unit using remanufactured components and reinstate the warranty from the date of the repaired unit’s shipment.
Exclusions
This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship discovered during normal use as recommended by the manufacturer. It does not cover:

Damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation

Damage resulting from lack of maintenance, contamination, or foreign object ingestion

Components subject to normal wear and tear
Limits of Liability
In the event of a verified defect, your sole remedy under this warranty shall be repair of the product as described above.
Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product. Excluded but not limited to costs and damages related to:

Installation or removal

Engine or vehicle damage
-
Property damage or personal injury
-
Medical expenses or loss of wages
-
Rental vehicles or shipping charges
In no event shall Comp Turbo Technology, Inc.’s liability exceeds the original purchase price of the turbocharger, excluding tax, shipping, and handling.
Changes to Terms
Comp Turbo Technology, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all prior versions. Customers are encouraged to periodically review this policy to remain informed of any updates.
Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer
Comp Turbo turbochargers are primarily intended for vehicles used in legally organized and sanctioned off-road racing or closed-course events. They are not recommended for vehicles that have been modified to disable or remove factory emissions or safety systems for use on public roads or highways.
Comp Turbo makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, that its products will enable a vehicle to comply with any local, state, or federal emissions standards. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet all applicable legal and emissions requirements prior to public use.
